yeah he was wearing a knee brace during wolf/growl promos bc of the choreo being hard on his knees iirc. he’s talked about the injury during a visit to jonghyun’s radio show years ago and during a recent one, and how it had him out of commission for almost a year and that’s why he channeled his energy towards acting and getting into k-arts at the time. kai once talked about having to carry suho on his back too out of the practice rooms too so that might’ve been around that time since suho never stopped training even then, especially after his brother talked to him about not just idling and still finding some way to keep training

yeah like the only reason we saw the brace in 2013 was bc they had him in shorts all the time so who knows what things have been like with knee choreo in their newer songs since we couldn’t see his knee then u_u he mentioned it on a kid’s channel interview too but it was so long ago... idek if I can still find it. i’m glad he’s mentioned it though throughout his career since it’s always been more of a “don’t give up” kind of thing for him, he’s been honest but pretty lowkey about it tbh, you had to be playing close attention to like those three solo interviews
