The current scoring for fan arts and edits isn't working so I will be removing all current scores from them until a proper and fair system can be put in place.

With regards to last round there were concerns about quality fan art getting undervalued and thus stick figures have been banned.

sorry, here:

in case of cutouts, 1 pt per cutout with max +3 pts at the end for creativity

gifs: whatever the original image would have gotten, +1 pt per frame if it's a notable difference (drawing something new, different image, etc), +.5 per frame if it's something small (text)

like i said, no expertise on other edits with effects so i'll leave that to someone else
