well I like to think of it in the light of kris & kai having this r/s going on for a little while, starting off in person and continuing via phone when m's in china, and then idk either kris decides on including suho orrr he makes kai tell him what he wants and maybe kris picks suho because he knows kai's not 100% comfortable with that
