i find that i rarely manage to finish fics if i don't finish them in one sitting. coming back the next day or the next week, i've completely run out of steam and it doesn't interest me at all anymore, even if i had the whole rest of the plot/ending all figured out and good to go :/ thus, 10 half-finished wips at the same time
