yeah i don't think he thinks himself as best of anything either (which is kinda true but nevermind that) and ofc he wouldn't want to assert himself as dance equals to kai especially since kai's been dancing and training for a lot longer and everyone in exo/sm considers kai heads and shoulders above everyone else in exo. i kinda find kaixing relationship really odd because kai is also someone who is polite and always uses hyung/elevated speech but he's the sunbae and yixing considers him like a dance teacher/mentor so there's kind of an unspoken, awkward power dynamic there. idk how suho relates to him since they're same aged friends but suho is also chingus with 90-line and other sunbaes so it's probably even more confusing for yixing. i hope dage teaches him the subtleties of korean manner culture and we see yixing hyung come out a bit more (although sehun probably wouldn't like that too much lol)

although i love qt dongseng yixing, it'd be interesting to see how he reacts to being a sunbae a few years down the road and interacting with newly debuted rookies (that is, if he interacts at all ;;)
