da idt that's strange but, realistically, that's not something you can decide to change just like that. it's like anons who are miserable at school and want to do something else but can't because they/their parents are paying big bucks for them to go there, and if they quit, they're gonna have to find a way to pay the money back. ways they don't have

in life, there are obligations. you need to think long and hard about your future. if opgers want to quit and leave, that's fine, but don't believe for a minute that it's possible to leave just like that. and if you do leave, and you fuck people over doing it, then that's a burden you're gonna have to carry

not to mention that a lot of opgers have dreamed about this for a long time. idg why anons disrespect that and hope they get to leave asap when they most likely don't even want to

this is why i added 'i' and 'seem' and said 'imply', because it's how i felt the anons came off

and i guess it's just that i personally would choose career over a relationship, not saying that opgers would, so for me that some put such weight to it is weird

they can, as long as they're doing their end of the bargain, aka pay up the penalty

what they can't do is breaching the contract in effect until legal decision is made. if you're a sirkstan, then you should've known that he didn't file for injunction. he filed for termination. not sure if this means that his contract with sm is still in effects or not

either way he will have to pay the penalty

and oh, sm always do revisions on their contract. dbsk has their contracts adjusted 5 times to accomodate jyj's request before the split happened. opgers too have their contracts adjusted once they had it big with growl. they have a way better contract rn compared to their contract during mama

now sirkstan, you better pray that whoever backed wyf is willing to pay his penalty
