da the question was about him as a leader in the group so he mentioned that he respects their solo careers while still planning to work together as a group...? imo i think that's one of their strengths, they're supportive and respective of doing their own things too, and that's why he mentioned that before saying they already met to make plans for next year's album since sehun will be enlisted
