i kinda agree, but I think that tao legit sees china line as his actual brothers and family, with dage& suho as a somewhat brother/somewhat friend mix
sehun&baek as the really close friends
and the rest are just friends of various degrees

yeah I'm the youngest of four so I kinda see how he acts around chine the same way I act around my siblings. Like there's the one that will always baby u because of age and they're visibly protective (kris), the one that involves mutual shitting on eachother with teasing and play fighting (Han), and the quietly doting but not as much of a pushover or indulgent one (lay) and ofc they all seem protective but not always in ur face "I will eureoreong eureoreong" @u for talking to him.
