baby name, before it's finalised is possible. we were calling my baby cousin "hao renren" for...idk maybe we still are. her family name is "hao" so it sounds like "good person". also, there are some pretty ridiculous names around...

yeah ik what you mean but there's a specific cultural context for that that doesn't translate in ifandom to 'he changed his name' so most of the time its intent is misused and stupid

oh, yeah. but seriously name changes aren't as uncommon as people seem to assume? idk. i'll assume it's rumour unless he says it himself, but it's not so far out there it's impossible.

no ia! like when people try to figure out the ~reasons~ behind kris' name changes, imo there probably wasn't any reason, names are just pretty fluid

(Anonymous) 2012-12-14 12:10 am (UTC)(link)

(Anonymous) 2012-12-14 12:12 am (UTC)(link)
shuai means handsome

(Anonymous) 2012-12-14 12:14 am (UTC)(link)
oh, lol. i thought yixing wasn't really a humble name either. you never know.

(Anonymous) 2012-12-14 12:15 am (UTC)(link)
it literally means 'add handsome', like 'get more handsome'

LITERALLY, it's not a name that means ~beauty~, it's 100% literal

sa

taken out of the cultural context it's like naming your son "get hotter"

Get Hotter Smith

imo it's as bad as 'xi luhan'
