what laptop do you have anon? and what is does the search page not load up at all? like what happens when u try?

i have a sony vgn-nw265f and i've tried to open it in both chrome and ie and neither will connect to it. i usually get a white screen with the little gray status bar at the bottom that says "connecting..." for a few minutes and then it says the browser just can't connect so nothing loads ;_;
