dialogue tends to be much more realistic, but still really funny. kfic legit has some of the funniest, yet most realistic dialogue i've ever read in fic, it's just on a totally different level to ific in this sense. a lot more first person narrative and also monologues. porn tends to be far less realistic tho l o l

in comparison to ific which tends to be written more like prose, really flowery expressions, overly witty, just stuff that people would never ever say irl?

oh idk about that anon, having said that i wish i could speak korean bc that sounds interesting either way

also they tend to touch on much more triggery subjects eg. non-con, violence, abuse, bullying, mental illness, etc. except without the trigger warnings lol it's not really a thing in kfic

they do or they don't? im pretty sure ific touches on triggery subjects i mean.. look at all the pedo luge fic

they do in kfic. one of the most famous recent kaisoo fics has suicide, prostitution, rape, drug abuse, extensive discussion of mental illness, a ton of violence, mentions of abortion etc

like idt you could get a fic in ifandom like that, and also have it achieve THAT much popularity

da not korean speakingnon so i'm not talking about kfic but yeah ia for the most part, tho admittedly some of my fave fics ever tend to be when first person narrative is done right

i think people avoid first person pov fic cuz usually it's bad, self-insert het

but if u have any recs, pass them over. i actually like first personw hen done righr

it works tho *shrug* don't knock it if you haven't read it, just because it wouldn't work in english lol

uhh it has nothing to do with the language tho? first person just isnt my thing and generally isnt a good style
