"So let me get this straight, you called Yixing and I over to help you find a rabbit. A rabbit you lost in the woods, which is a place known to have a lot of them?" Baekhyun glances over at Zitao, who looks kind of bored, probably because there's not much he can do without soiling his exceedingly garish and new boots and cape. At least Yixing is trying to help, although he hasn't done much besides use his staff to light up bowls of pipeweed and sing weirdly plaintive songs into the forest (he actually made an animal familiar friend, and it was a rabbit, but it was sadly not the rabbit they were looking for).

"You don't understand, it's Chanyeol's prize rabbit," Baekhyun explains while rifling through a bush. "He feeds that thing nicer meals than I get when I come over. He takes it on walks and makes it clothes!" He draws his brows together and rubs at his temple. It's been a long morning.

It started off uneventful enough. After eating a nice bowl of porridge and a bowl of stewed potatoes, he hummed a tune and pulled Chanyeol's rabbit out from its cage. It admittedly was pretty cute. Then things quickly took a turn for the worse when he took it for a walk and it promptly sprinted off through the field and into the nearby woods (chasing a rabbit is really hard when you have a belly full of good porridge and potatoes).

When Chanyeol said, "Remember to take it for a walk everyday," he probably didn't mean "Take my rabbit out for a walk in the woods the first day I'm off to see my family and lose it forever so when I come back you can witness my anguished cries and become my avowed enemy," but that is where Baekhyun found himself at the moment.

Baekhyun closes his eyes and lets out a long sigh. Why he made his quest companions an elf terrified of bugs and a self-medicating wizard, he'll never know. He sits down and digs his toes into the grass.

"Fuck it, we've been out here for three hours. It's time for elevensies. Pass me that pipe, Yixing."

some clarifications!

hi anons! we've seen a lot of fanwork today and it's been great. thanks to everyone who is participating!

we want to clarify some things:

we've seen a lot of fics posted with the school theme that we couldn't give the multiplier because it didn't have enough focus. we want to clarify that any fic themed school/college should be about opgers in school and/or doing school/college related things in the entire fic. i guess to simplify it, it shouldn't be a fic where you can take out all the school parts and it still makes sense. i hope this helps?

also, we're adding to the fantasy rule to include fantasy anime/manga. this means both magical girl and pokemon will be accepted, as anons have asked before.

i am currently waiting on comod so we can grade fanart and the game. it is also possible we'll be adjusting the points for fanvideo's because we feel it's still a little flawed.
