start now and you'll see lol, learning curves a different for everyone. there are a lot of tutorials and stuff and the competition can push you to trying new things :3

lol it took me like three months of regular practice to get to a level i felt somewhat comfortable with, starting from scratch. and by comfortable i mean "this isn't that bad yay!"

drawing is easy and anyone can do it but being happy with what you create is hard and most artists are never fully satisfied with their work :(
