ahhh, i'm at the age where all my friends are getting married so i'm always dodging weddings. decline with your general well wishes (congratulations, so happy for you), your regrets that you can't be there to see their special day but you're sure it will be wonderful, if you know the couple well enough you can make a joke. don't say you're looking forward to seeing pictures unless you actually are, because they WILL want you to sit down and look at them.
