i don't think we ever got any fanvids last year which is why they're a new and creative thing anons did this year that got brushed under everything bc of points, points, points

i knew i remembered some. but yeah i mean i feel like even if people did want to be creative the knowledge that they wouldn't get as many points for it as say writing fic or planning a toop would deter them.

lol i write fic okay i'm not trying to shit on fic but plenty of fic is uncreative and especially since we've harped on quantity over quality. which i am fine with because it creates an environment where people who might otherwise be too shy can write fic and post it.

lol i write fic too and i completely disagree, just because you're not putting any thought into it doesn't mean that's the case, to put it in the same category as toops is just ridiculous.

but i agree that it's good that shynons have been more inclined to post fic.
