i call bs on the suho fansite generalization since i've ordered a lot of goods and only had a couple problems while the others were very quick to respond to my questions and send my goods. maybe they're rude irl but i had no problems on the fangood side with most of them. i've happily ordered from suho planet twice because she's so good about quickly sending goods and pizzicato was the same way the one time i ordered from there. i also ordered from seasidetao and tiktaktao/almighty and they were delayed but i still received my goods without a problem
