another dumb question if i have a jar of supermarket bought kimchi that has an expiration date of june, is that a real expiration date or what

it's been in my fridge unopened the whole time can i eat it

isnt kimchi pickled so it should last longer than that date? unless its like years old

that's what i thought so i asked meme! i only purchased it in febrary or march i think

if it's sealed it should last a bit longer but kimchi does go bad at about the same rate as normal food imo
