okay so anyways! first off, i've forgotten sonyeo's age. is she legit a minor in this or is she that borderline 18 yrs old but still considered a minor in korea thing? sookwang is 28 isn't he? i have no problems with age gaps, i'm just trying to understand the workings of their relationship.

also are we starting to see signs of schizophrenia in jaeyul? it's a little odd considering schizophrenia is something that is EXTREMELY rare to diagnose so late in life. a trauma will not cause schizophrenia as it feels like the drama is trying to portray so much as it would cause a stress disorder or a form of ptsd. but this seriously feels like they're getting at schizophrenia and lou gherig's disease with jae yul.

back to sonyeo, with her conduct disorder, this means she isn't intending to be malicious in her ways, right? isn't a conduct disorder basically a pre-adolescent term for a sociopathic tendency? she basically can't feel empathy and makes very age inappropriate decisions because of her inability to function to a normal social standard for her age, right? would this be the basis of why her and sookwang's relationship is deemed okay by everyone? it seems nobody bats an eye at her being younger than him by a lot.

also kangwoo gets hit by cars a lot i see.

yes at the beginning of the drama sonyeo is still a minor but in later episodes she told sookwang that she's no longer a minor (myb it's after her bday or smth) hence she could go clubbing with that sam dude. so technically, when sookwang and sonyeo decided to date she's already an adult lol

idk much about the mental illness thing but yeah [SPOILER!] in 10ish episode they diagnosed jaeyeol with schizoprenia :/
