sa nothing much happens, i wouldn't recommend watching it unless you're really bored and have time to spare. at the start they wander around getting ready and chatting with staff. there's qt chenlay from 1:38-2:00 and lay dances a bit around 4:58. then they rehearse songs: mama, lotb, moonlight, pcy solo, angel, black pearl, moonlight with vcr.

some little moments:
7:15: lay doing pushups during mama
7:55: luge twirling into place
9:16: sekai bro shake
22:26: ballerinos luchen

also dage goes pretty hard during rehearsal. and they raise their hands like in practice vids to indicate who to film.
