omg i have anxiety and i was convinced i had heart disease too so i insisted on going through tests that ended up being $1400 and it turned out i was fine lol :/

i'm not dismissing your concerns though, it's definitely possible

i've only had an echo so i'm not that fully convinced. i always get really random heart palpitations it's so weird. even when i have a peaceful dream/sleep i can wake up with a racing heart and shortness of breath.

i that sometimes too (only when i'm really stressed out though) i just learned to kind of ignore it since my parents didn't feel like paying for any more appointments :/ i would definitely keep looking for a different doctor if it's something you really want to get checked out though
