[Update] - It turns out that 'A' has not yet dropped the charges, but rather considering to drop the charges as she determines whether Kim Hyun Joong is sincere with his apology. Her lawyer told media outlets, "It's not true we have decided to drop the case. We are still of the position that if [Kim Hyun Joong] apologizes sincerely, then we will drop it. As of right now, we are trying to assess if he is sincere [in his apology]."
