KEB from what i've and my friends experienced usually has the best exchange rate. if you can't find their atm in the aiport, i would say just go ahead and take some money from a kbstar atm since their rates usually aren't too far off from KEB. you can also find these everywhere around seoul (i'm assuming that's where you'll be?)
