he probably thought if he gave advice or comfort words without prefacing them with that the fan could think "but what do you know about it" so he was being sensible about it and approaching the fans concern the best he could but antis have a twisted view and will warp anything he or exo says

the person in question felt comforted so idky others have to be offended in their behalf. i think it showed how genuine bbh was when he said he was there for her or any other fan that may need it. it shows he's open to listen. not everyone (who has never been through depression) will be like that
