the prive team has been messy from day 1, no wonder fans got so rude
but i also think it's a combination of young american staff and young american fans, they jump straight to anger, profanity and dragging

i gonna go off on a tangent here but i started noticing it with fanwars, usually when an anti says something bad the replies would be "no, that's not what happened, here are receipts, stop spreading lies!" but lately when i see american stans fight each other they go straight to "fuck you ugly bitch with your receding hairline, head looking like a dried up bathroom mop, stfu" and i'm like wtf?
i usually prefer people ignore antis but if you are gonna fight, fight with facts. jumping straight to rude dragging makes our fandom look as bad and even outsiders look at the thread and think #teamnoone cause both side are being ugly

same thing happened when kfans were complaining to sm about gp, some ifans were trying to list all the difficulties that ifans go through to see oppars and explain why kfans have the better deal and looking for translators to convey that message, and then you see american fans jump in and replying with "fuck these k bitches etc" and that gets rted with laughing and mocking of kfans so that's the response they see the more, resulting in more animosity and no resolution

fandoms were always bad, but dragging culture creates more problems than it solves
