when it comes to dialogue, just write it how people in that age group would sound ex. kids - simple and repetitive words, stumbling a bit. and make sure it doesn't sound like some cheesy quote from a romcom or a long winded speech (unless your character is giving a speech lol but sum it up) about nothing. just read out loud and make sure they sound like real people
