no... it's not clear how? he is kind of a loner, as in he seems to appreciate his own company, it's a non-issue, unless it has different more offensive connotations in korea

i guess i have only seen it used negatively in social light, like ppl would ask "why are you such a loner?" and the person in question would take offense. the word itself is harmless
