re: the whistle toop. there's a lot of commotion around this fanwork. but we believe taking 16.7 points away is most fair, simply because we've also had fanwork (fanmixes) that didn't really have anything to do with opgers either but were still scored. we stand by this decision.

however!!! we will be adjusting the rules and we also believe that we should reward the runner up (chen) because of this. we are not sure how yet. we will get back to anons on this at a later time.

REMEMBER. THIS IS PRELIMS, NO ONE IS ELIMINATED YET. the point of prelims was to figure out a system what would work best. we believe we're almost there.

we have opened a post for feedback. right now, our main concerns are:

-toops (pts too high, might be best to seperate pics/gifs and shapes?)
-vocaroos (pts too low?)
