“w-what happened?” sehun blanches, “i thought i was dead—”

“you were,” jongin wants to cry. he just wants to escape this nightmare. “you got hit by suho’s tank, i was going to bury you but you woke up when i touched you—”

“jongin, i have to tell you something,” sehun cuts him off in a hushed whisper. he beckons him closer with a finger to whisper in his ear, “i’m—i’m sailor mars.”

“oh,” says jongin. he’s not sure what to think anymore. he sighs, wistful. “i miss my pikachu. it sucks being a digidestined.”

“my dad will save us,” sehun nods, sure of it. “he’s professor xavier.”

“wait, i thought we were in the hunger games—”

“shut up, jongin. let’s make out.”

but when jongin kisses him, sehun dies again.
